EDWARD HOOFNAGLE

With significant experience in technology related management consulting, Ed combines industry thought leadership with deep technology expertise to design core strategies that ensure the success of ebusinessware and its client companies. His past experiences also include the implementation of firmwide intranet based risk management applications and global derivatives trading systems. Before joining PwC, Ed was the Director of Risk Infrastructure for Group Santander where he led several cross-border technology implementations in a multi-cultural, multi-linguistic environment. He also served as the Head of Market Risk for the Investment Bank. Prior to joining Santander in 1995, Ed was a principal consultant in Pricewaterhouse Financial Services Industry Practice. Ed graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from The School of Management at Syracuse University. He maintains an active CFA designation. Ed is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.


SANJEEV MIDHA
Sanjeev has been building complex financial applications for last twenty years. His areas of expertise include forming teams, project management, financial systems, system architect and data architecture. Sanjeev specializes in working with geographically remote teams to implement large scale projects that employ proven design and project management methodologies. Before joining ebusinessware, Sanjeev was a principal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers' Financial Risk Management practice where he advised Fortune 500 clients on issues relating to ebusiness and information technology. Before joining PwC, he was the head of the IT unit at the investment banking arm of Santander Investment.

Sanjeev earned his undergraduate degree in Engineering in India in 1981. He holds a Masters in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from The Stern School of Business at NYU. He has also attended the Executive Development program at Wharton. Sanjeev is the author of various white papers on topics ranging from Uni-RAD project lifecycle methodology to offshore development strategies.


GAURAV MALIK
Gaurav designs, develops and implements application software with focus on providing solutions to minimize operational risks of the financial institutions. He is passionate about designing state of the art solutions to consolidate legacy databases while creating the centralized repositories for better reporting and interfacing with the heterogeneous external systems. He has been developing workflow-based tools for analysis and treatment of counterparty data.

Gaurav was a core team member that architected and developed ebusinessware's flagship Product Tool Kit called CreditDimensions.

He is also instrumental in providing technology-based solutions to the ERM wing of a leading insurance company in the US. Some of his solutions helped this company to dramatically automate the process increasing the productivity.

In MGL-Finace's Wall Street office, Gaurav runs the practice for the development and integration of Reference Data Management suite and Reference Data Research and Maintenance. He is well supported by team members located at onsite and offshore (MGL-Finance, India) and (London, UK). He divides his time at advising multiple large sized financial institutions in the area of credit risk data management technologies.

Gaurav's diversified technology knowledge is obvious from the fact that he has certification in software technology and system management along with the Sun Microsystems as well as Microsoft certification.


MICHAEL SMETHURST
A highly experienced financial markets professional and consultant, Michael spent most of his career in the city, in trading, sales and management of fixed income securities, mainly in credit products. From 1992-95 he was Managing Director BZW Eurobonds and responsible for both the trading and sales in this product area. He joined Adsatis in 1996 and since then has made a successful transition into consultancy, undertaking a series of projects at consultant and director level. Over the last 4 years he has also played a key role in the development of the Adsatis data management practice.

He has experience of managing the successful implementation of a series of data projects including Data Cleansing and integration. He has also worked as a principal consultant in a range of business analysis and product development roles including Project Director on a major project to determine the product definition and design for an electronic broking service for the global fixed income markets. He has done business analysis on client revenue reporting for a major US investment bank's derivatives business--Business analysis on CLS project (G20 sponsored global settlement solution for the FX market).
